We were asked to complete a refurbishment of 2 adjacent units in this business park.
The works included the removal of the former tenants fitted equipment and the subsequent refurbishment of the units to enable letting. One unit was to completed to the incoming tenants requirements whilst the other was to be preapred for letting on the open market.
The project included the installation of high quality materials and upgrading of the lighting installation to provide LED lighting and upgraded ancillary areas.
